The Recruitment Process

If you’re excited by the idea of joining one of our graduate schemes, and your qualifications fit the bill, then you’re in the right place to complete your online application. Just visit the apply page to register and access our online application form.

Once this is received, we’ll let you know the outcome within a week. If you pass the initial screening, you’ll be asked to complete some online tests. Once you’ve taken the tests we’ll let you know whether you’ve passed them within 3 working days. Then, if we still think you’ve got what it takes, you’ll be given a telephone interview, which you’ll find out the outcome of within 3 working days. Pass this stage, and you’ll be invited to attend an assessment centre. From here if successful you’ll be offered a place with us!
